As you may already know, the majority of our CMS services for Nebraska, Utah, Washington State are performed in our corporate offices located in Bremerton, WA. During this period, CMS remains fully operational through a virtual office environment. You can expect the same level of quality service from CMS without interruption for HUD, Owners, Management Agents, and Residents.
