CMS is a proud member and partner of local, regional, and national trade associations.
We value the insights, information, and opportunities to network with others in the affordable housing industry while sharing what we’ve learned with fellow members.
We are actively involved in industry associations, conferences, community resource events, and other key activities designed to promote and advance our social mission in housing. These engagements highlight our commitment to making a meaningful impact by participating in and supporting initiatives that drive positive change in both the housing sector and the communities we serve.
Through industry memberships, we connect with key stakeholders, stay informed about sector trends, and gain access to valuable resources, ensuring we are at the forefront of housing solutions. By attending and sponsoring conferences and events, we amplify our advocacy for affordable housing, building stronger networks, and sharing insights with industry leaders, partners, and advocates. Our sponsorships of relevant initiatives reflect our dedication to supporting causes that align with our mission, while also providing visibility and recognition within the broader community.
These partnerships are a core part of our strategy to create long-term, sustainable change in housing by fostering relationships, sharing knowledge, and demonstrating our ongoing commitment to improving the lives of those in need of stable and affordable housing.
