The Office of Multifamily Housing Programs (MFH) has published the following updated forms on www.reginfo.gov/public/do/PRAMain to provide stakeholders with an opportunity to review and comment on proposed revisions:

• HUD Form-9834 ‘Management Review for Multifamily Housing Projects’
• HUD Form-91067 ‘VAWA Lease Addendum for Multifamily Housing Programs’

HUD is specifically requesting comments on:

1. Whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information will have practical utility;
2. The accuracy of the agency’s estimate of the burden of the proposed collection of information;
3. Ways to enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and
4. Ways to minimize the burden of the collection of information on those who are to respond; including through the use of appropriate automated collection techniques or other forms of information technology, e.g., permitting electronic submission of responses.

HUD encourages interested parties to submit comments in response to these questions.  The forms are available for public review during a 30-day public comment period announced in a Federal Register Notice published on August 4, 2026.

Stakeholders are encouraged to review the proposed updates and submit comments by September 3, 2026. Instructions for submitting comments are provided in the Federal Register Notice.
