The HUD UEI Verification Team is sending automated notifications to entities with a Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) registration that is scheduled to expire within the next 120 days.

Please renew your UEI registration as soon as possible. Reactivation typically takes 5–10 business days after a complete renewal is submitted. If your registration expires, HAP payments and new contract awards may be suspended until your UEI registration is returned to active status.

To help avoid interruptions in HAP payments, please ensure your UEI registration remains active and up to date.
