Good news! The EIV-SAVE Tenant Matching Report is available again in EIV as of October 19, 2026.

Please review HUD’s instructions and access the report for each property with identified discrepancies. The deadline to resolve all discrepancies has been extended to December 19, 2026.

A few important reminders:

• No discrepancies showing? If your property is not listed in the report’s dropdown, there are no tenant discrepancies to review.
• MOR guidance: HUD will provide additional guidance in 2027. No findings related to this report will be issued until that guidance is released.
• EIV Policies and Procedures: No updates are required at this time.
