HUD provided clarification regarding NSPIRE inspections in response to a previous HUD industry email. NSPIRE inspections officially began on October 1, 2023, for the Multifamily portfolio, and they are currently ongoing. Any previous HUD statement claiming an NSPIRE suspension for Multifamily is incorrect.
